“Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain” character, Quiet, was one of the franchise’s more popular roles. Despite being the quiet once - hence, her name - gamers loved her and remembered her the most.

Now, it has been revealed by Gaming Bolt that the actress who portrayed Quiet within “Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain” has just been called in for another video game role. Stefanie Joosten was reportedly chosen to be part of Hideo Kojima’s next video game, “Death Stranding.” According to the report, Kojima and Joosten will be working together once again on this new project.

Apparently, such reports were sparked when “Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain” star Joosten went to Guerrilla Games’ studio. This meet-up with the game developers happened shortly before the official announcement that Kojima and Guerrilla Games are going to collaborate for “Death Stranding.” It would seem that Kojima is going to provide the Decima engine for the upcoming video game.

Meanwhile, “Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain,” the original game that Joosten was involved in, is being sold on Amazon with a discounted price. As Game Spot has pointed out, the game’s Definitive Edition, which is inclusive of “The Phantom Pain” and “Ground Zeroes” can be purchased for only $30. Plus, “Metal Gear Online,” which is the multi-player version of the “Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain,” is also part of the Amazon promo.

This “Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain” discount on Amazon applies to both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles. Gamers with a Prime membership can avail of free two-day shipping. The discounted price on Amazon is said to be a fairly good price, considering that the package - which was officially out to the gaming market in October of 2016 - is usually sold for $50.
