Huawei took the wraps off the highly anticipated Huawei Mate 9 at this year's recently concluded CES (Consumer Electronics Show) in Las Vegas, giving business-focused consumers an ingenious Android experience which, due to its outstanding processing speed, can be deemed as one of the fastest in the market at the moment.
Huawei's latest high-end flagship smartphone in the lauded Mate series features SuperCharge technologies that expedite charging process. In addition, this new Huawei device will come with a slew of newfangled features for the OS (operating system) interface.
Huawei is bent on augmenting each aspect of the experience on a smartphone as the Chinese handset maker understands the significance of a fast, functional smartphone for today's business-focused users, David Moheno, PR deputy director for Latin America noted during Huawei BCG.
Moreover, there is no alternative to an elegant design that boasts leading edge performance and is equipped with charge technology such as SuperCharge that delivers up to 24 hours of use with a 30-minute charge. This is exactly why, as Moheno explained, the company has designed a device outfitted with the latest technology in hardware and software innovations. The outcome, he added, is a totally newfangled smartphone, both internally and outside.
Meanwhile, the official website of the eye-catching Porsche Design Huawei Mate 9 has finally started taking pre-orders. The device was revealed in Germany in November last year bearing a steep price tag of €1395 (about $1500 USD).
It boasts an array of jaw-dropping specifications that comprise a marginally curved QHD AMOLED display, 6GB of RAM and a Kirin 960 processor. The device will be up for grabs starting Tuesday, Jan. 31. But regrettably, only users in select countries within Europe will be able to get their hands on the device. US customers will have settle for the $599 Mate 9 at the moment.
If the $1500 price tag does not fit the budget, interested buyers can always go for the budget friendly Mate 9 Pro, which boasts identical specs and design.
