Windows 8 release date is not too far away, but that's not stopping an anonymous person from leaking the final version to multiple file-sharing Websites. We call it the final version because that's what everyone is saying, but there haven't been a single solid confirmation to solidify these claims. For what we know, this version of Windows 8 could have so many backdoors for hackers to get in, so we wouldn't recommend seeking it out.
The version in question, is called Windows 8 Enterprise N, which means it is not the ARM version many hardcore Windows users already despise. We won't be directing you to where you can download Windows 8 Enterprise N. However, as we said above, this could very well have backdoors for hackers to easily get in on your information.
Last Monday, Microsoft posted the release schedule, for Windows 8, it is as follows:
- August 15: Developers will be able to download the final version of Windows 8 via their MSDN subscription.
- August 15: IT professionals testing Windows 8 in organizations will be able to access the final version of Windows 8 through their TechNet subscription.
- August 16: Customers with existing Microsoft Software Assurance for Windows will be able to download Windows 8 Enterprise edition through the Volume License Service Center (VLSC), allowing them to test, pilot, and begin adopting Windows 8 Enterprise within their organization.
- August 16: Microsoft Partner Network members will have access to Windows 8.
- August 20: Microsoft Action Pack Providers (MAPS) receive access to Windows 8.
- September 1: Volume License customers without Software Assurance will be able to purchase Windows 8 through Microsoft Volume License Resellers.
Better to wait for the product to be released and purchase the thing instead of downloading it from a spotty file-sharing Website.
