Google Chrome is undoubtedly the most versatile and most comfortable browser out there, as witnessed by the increasing amount of people who spend most of the time on the internet. In an attempt to outperform the already impressive performance of its browser, Google allows developers to introduce software extensions to improve one's browsing experience. Here are four of them that you should start using, or maybe, continue to use.

To reduce the chance of someone hijacking the information sent between you and the web server, HTTPS Everywhere will authenticate a specific webpage for you. This important Google Chrome extension creates HTTPS authentication wherever you go, and is everybody's must-have to deal with censorship, surveillance, and identification theft.

Lazarus

Filling in forms online has become a common practice these days, and nothing is more frustrating than losing your work because of an Internet error or a power outage. That's what Lazarus is for. This amazing Chrome extension will save words as you type them so you can restore lost info with a simple click.

The Great Suspender

This Chrome extension works by auto-suspending tabs after a set time, especially if you're the type who's maniacal on tabs. Suspension Labs states that "to help reduce chrome's memory footprint," The Great Suspender will suspend some tabs for you, or you can manually suspend them whenever you want. You can also use its whitelist feature, wherein tabs can be opened even after closing and re-opening Chrome.
