WWE now welcomes the newly crowned United Kingdom Champion, Tyler Bate, into the growing community of athletic superstars. However, the journey was not as easily laid out as it is supposed to; with such heavy competition surrounding the industry.

According to Wrestling Inc., the recently concluded WWE U.K. Championship tournament gave the promise to end the night with a new champion for the prestigious title. With that undoubted hype, the title was bestowed upon the hands of 19-year-old Tyler Bate, who received quite the ovation from the crowd.

More importantly, WWE chief operating officer Triple H extended his congratulations to the fresh blood of the roster through Twitter, saying that Bate is, indeed, the future of the business. The same was brought up by WWE chief brand officer Stephanie McMahon via her own social media account, along with the rest of the United Kingdom competitors who participated in the tournament.

Bate recently had his photo taken with the belt and this now raises the question on what is next for the rising star of the WWE. His lifestyle is said to be not too much of a surprise to many, as the teen athlete was reported to simply be around school, friends and FIFA. However, it was his five years in promotions like Fight Club Pro, PROGRESS and Chikara that got him to the big leagues.

He is said to have lived through his days by being a forklift operator, alongside being an avid drummer who adores classic rock. Bate's journey to the gold was somewhat challenged by the presence of four other opponents in the tournament, with the last roadblock being the aggressive Pete Dunne. In the end, the wrestler remains a mystery but is expected to bring big things to the WWE.
