There are numbers of apps developed every day but only a few really gets someone in the mood for running. These apps will surely make things more enjoyable and one of the most top apps is the "Couch to 5k Runner."
"Couch to 5k Runner" is free for Android users but it will ask a £2.29 charge for iOS users. These, unlike other running apps, break down the entire challenge into small, attainable amount to reach the goal. For over eight weeks, users can start from the novice level to an expert of 5k using three basic guided workout.
The next one is "Nike+ Run Club" which is both free for iOS and Android devices. This is a great app for those who have started their first 5k or 10k and wants work on with enhancing a little more. It provides the basic running data such as distance, pace, and time while connecting the user to its friends for motivational strategy.
The third app is "Endomondo", a free running app available for iOS and Android users. The beauty of using this app is that it is not only catered for running but also, for other sports such as ice skating and aerobics.
