Travelling planets and discovering inhabitants is one of the main priorities in "No Man's Sky." However, the main issue here is the things to do and the main substance of the game. There is nothing much to do in the game rather than just gathering resources and discovering life forms. There is nothing bad to that, it just lacks an important part of a survival game, where players can interact with more NPCs, include a more diverse life form and background, and more ways to make the flow of the game better. Fortunately, many fans believe that "No Man's Sky" still has a potential and room for improvement.
One of the best-selling games on 2016 in Steam
Aside from planet hunting and life forms, players need certain materials such iron, zinc, plasma, oxide, and much more complex substances to power up everything including their shield and spaceship arsenals in "No Man's Sky."
Each of these substances depends on which planet the players are in. This is the reason that gamers need to travel to more planets to get a certain substance that can progress the game. As annoying as it may sound, it is one of the priorities in the game, or else, players will have a hard time. Talking about the game's sale figures, PCGamesN reported that the game sold out much quickly than expected.
Since "No Man's Sky" lacks direction in some ways, it makes up for its free travelling and gives players freedom to do whatever they want in the game. While players are doing things at their own pace, beautiful scenery can also be viewed on each planet.
Unique and vibrant flora, to cascading rocks and lava, it all depends on which planet players are in. In addition, with a vast array of spaceships that players can buy, it is still the same as the other one, except with different capacity as stated in a review. On the other hand, hope still shines through that a remake or update will make things go upside down in the future.
