"Bull" Season 1 seemed to be one of the most promising new TV shows on CBS. However, as episodes went by, ratings for the drama experienced a continuous drop. Should the show cast Cote de Pablo to play alongside Michael Weatherly?

"Bull" Season 1 cast news notes on the possibility that Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo will reunite in the new CBS drama. According to Carter Matt, the story about Dr. Jason Bull is brilliantly written and his character has definitely shown a number of key strengths.

The publication notes that while "Bull" Season 1 was entirely captivating on its own, the story seems to lack a worthy adversary for the main character. According to the outlet, the show is quite similar to the BBC drama, "Sherlock," and the latter features a villain who is equally as wise as the main character - Moriarty.

"Bull" Season 1 may, therefore, benefit from featuring a worthy adversary for Dr. Bull in the upcoming episodes. The publication further stated that it might be interesting to cast Cote de Pablo in the show as a villain.

It can be recalled that Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo previously starred in "NCIS" and their characters' romance called "TiVa" continues to be one of TV's greatest couples. This was met with mixed reactions from fans and viewers of "Bull" Season 1, as some believed that it was time for Weatherly to move on from his previous show while others thought it was a good suggestion.

The suggestion on adding an adversary for Jason Bull may help "Bull" Season 1 to keep the audience engaged. According to TV Series Finale, ratings for the show have experienced a drop.

When "Bull" Season 1 premiered on TV, it received an average of 2.21 rating in the 18-49 demographics or a total of 15.56 million viewers. However, ratings dropped to 1.44 or 11.61 million viewers in the latest episode.
