Everybody should be well at ease by now after a rather traumatizing Sony Music Twitter hack. Britney Spears is not only alive; she seems to be doing quite well -- and looks smitten!

Spears' alleged boyfriend, Sam Asghari, took to Instagram to share his and the Vegas stay-in's Christmas greetings, reindeer filter and all. The reported couple declared in altered voices, "Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night."

Asghari, who according to TMZ met the platinum blonde while filming her "Slumber Party" music video, appears to have spent Christmas Day with Spears, adding a bit of extra fuel to the speculation they're an item. The pair had been spotted together on several dates since last month, one of which took place at a sushi restaurant.

Britney Spears and Sony Music Entertainment were the latest targets of a Twitter hoax on Monday morning, in which the label's Twitter was compromised, prompting the upsetting news of Spears' death. "Britney Spears is dead by accident! We will tell you more soon," one of the statuses read. The posts have since been deleted.

The New York Times reports that the hacker group OurMine was responsibility for the attack. Previously, the group hacked the Twitter accounts of Mark Zuckerberg, Netflix, Marvel and other high-profile personalities.

A rep for Sony released a statement saying that Sony Music Entertainment's Twitter account was compromises, accompanied by an apology to Britney Spears and her legion of fans. Spears' manager, Adam Leber, has since confirmed that the popstar is alive and well in his interview with CNN.

Meanwhile, the former wife of Kevin Federline took to Twitter herself, assuring fans that she is indeed, alive and well. Spears and Asghari have been sparking romance rumors lately, but both are mum on the subject. The male model had been reportedly spending time with the 35-year-old ever since they met on set.
