Brad Pitt's most recent court filing criticized Angelina Jolie stating that the latter ‘has no self-regulating mechanism' towards the privacy of their six children being publicized through the media. The memorandum that Pitt has filed was to request to seal the forthcoming documents regarding the custody battle of their children.

Elle reports that Brad Pitt's memorandum was filed in a court in Los Angeles on Dec. 21. In the document, Pitt blames Jolie for compromising the privacy of their children and not being able to see their best interest as well as exposing the names of their therapists and other mental health professionals.

Brad Pitt felt terrible following Jolie's releasing of documents, which contains their kids' private information all over again. "Although she had already made them public, she did it again," read the documents acquired by People.

Pitt, 53, had previously requested a judge to take an emergency action on sealing the files but was denied although he was advised that he can reapply to seal the case comes January 2017. According to People, Laura Wasser, the lawyer of Jolie, 41, has said before that she doesn't oppose to have the documents sealed from the public but Pitt did not consult with them first before moving on to the request.

Brad Pitt's legal team has also outlined a proposed order and requested the judge to have it approved during the hearing in January 2017 at a Los Angeles court, which gives Jolie's team a chance to respond to the request before the judge could. Jolie has also denied Pitt's requests to see more of their children earlier this week.

Apart from being a decorated actor, Brad Pitt or William Bradley Pitt in real life is also a producer and has received an Academy Award under Plan B Entertainment, his own company. He married actress Angelina Jolie in 2014 and have six children together. Jolie filed for divorce from the actor in September 2016.
