"Justice League" movie as definitely excited their fans worldwide when Warner Bros. released a special promotional teaser at the San Diego Comic Con last summer. While there is no official trailer yet, "Justice League" as finally decided to announce the full cast for the much-awaited film - and Lex Luthor is confirmed to come back!
As reported by Movie Web, Warner Bros. had just released the entire list of charaters for the"Justice League" movie. The hype is definitely brewing and fans cannot wait to see the movie starring Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Henry Cavill as Superman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, Diane Lane as Martha Kent and J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon.
While that looks like a solid cast, it is apparent that fans will still see Lex Luthor in the DC Extended Universe. As pointed out by Comic Book, visibly missing in the cast is the "Game of Thrones" star Ciaran Hinds, who was rumored to play the main villain for the movie, Steppenwolf.
It can be recalled that at the final scene of "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice," Lex Luthor ended up in jail after his failed attempt of pitting Batman against Superman and revealing Doomsday on Metropolis, who eventually killed the caped superhero.
Warner Bros. have high hopes for "Justice League" after the warm reception of the "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" internationally. Additionally, "Suicide Squad" may have failed to meet the expectations of the critics but the "Justice League" movie is set to break the records sky high for the most loved DC Universe characters.
