Given that "Justice League" movie is expected to be released in 2017, a lot of speculations about the film surrounds the internet especially on who would play the role of Green Latern. Ryan Reynolds, Hal Jordan and John Stewart are just among the names that had appeared.

Many were also saying that Jamie Dornan might play the said character or "The Lone Ranger" star, Armie Hammer.

The rumor started when DC Comics artist Brett Brooth tweeted that he wants Hammer for the role.

"Armie Hammer is my pick for GL, said that years ago," he said.

This was further fuelled when "The Man From U.N.C.L.E" star also posted on social media saying: "Very large announcement coming soon... I... will... be... playing... My old guitar tonight. Found it in a closet and realized how long it's been." Just recently, the actor was reportedly followed on twitter by Geoff Johns, who manages the DC Comics movies at Warner Bros. and Joe Manganiello, who is playing Deathstroke in Affleck's "The Batman."

However, it is possible that he would be a part of "Justice League" as Green Lantern since he has a very good relationship with Warner Bros. In addition, he has the superhero look reason why he also fits the role.

Moreover, fans have been waiting for the official trailer of the film. Earlier, there were reports stating that the trailer was allegedly launched however others confirmed that it was just a mashup to show the fans who among the superheroes will come out in the upcoming "Justice League" movie.

Rumors are rife that the Man of the Steel won't be part of the trailer along with Mera, Vulko, and Gordon. Speculations also have it that the official trailer will be released in the first month of next year. Anyway, this has yet to be verified.

The "Justice League" lineup up to this point are the following: Henry Cavill as Superman, Ben Affleck as The Dark Knight (Batman), Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, and Jason Momoa as Aquaman.

Meanwhile, there were reports suggesting that "Justice League" might be the last spinoff in the DC Films Universe.

As reported by Forbes, "the primary appeal of this cinematic universe are the iconic characters which exist within it, as opposed to any long-running story arc. The DC Films offerings are not going to be as regular/plentiful as the MCU offerings. With those facts in evidence, the best thing the DC Films franchise can do is to forgo sequels entirely."

The "Justice League" movie is said to be released on November 17, 2017.
