"Better Call Saul" Season 3 has previously been confirmed to come back in 2017, and fans could no longer wait to know more about it. According to reports, the production team has already start intense filming in New Mexico.

According to the latest report, during the set of "Better Call Saul" Season 3, "Breaking Bad" actor Bryan Cranston was spotted talking with the production crew. There are speculations saying that Cranston might make a special cameo in the next run of the show playing his iconic role Walter White.

However, it was confirmed by the show's creator, Vince Gilligan, that instead of joining them as an actor, Cranston is expected to direct one episode for the upcoming season. But, the actor couldn't make it due to his tight schedule.

"We would love to have Bryan direct, and I think he'd love to direct one. He wants to - it's just a matter of fitting it into his schedule. Now that James Brown has passed on, Bryan Cranston is the hardest working man in show business," Vince Gilligan said.

"He visited the set recently, which was wonderful. I was directing the first couple of episodes of season three, and within the last few weeks, Bryan Cranston came to Albuquerque and visited the set because he was in town to do press for his autobiography [A Life in Parts] - which, by the way, is a great book," Gilligan further added.

Meanwhile, new photos taken from the set of "Better Call Saul" Season 3 were spotted featuring the characters of Kim Wexler, Jimmy McGill, Chuck McGill.

Co-creators Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould released a statement on what fans can expect for the much-awaited season.

"Two words: the reckoning," Gould said.

"Wow. (slight pause) My word is not as cool a word as reckoning, but my word is: Satisfying," Gilligan further teased.

No official return date has been set for "Better Call Saul" Season 3, but fans can expect it to return with brand-new episodes sometime in February next year.
