The latest NBA trade rumors suggested that the Golden State Warriors might enter a deal with the New Orleans Pelicans. The Warriors are reportedly interested in bringing in the Pelicans power forward Anthony Davis to further enhance their roster.

Sports Rageous reported that the Warriors will give away their power forward Draymond Green to bring in Pelicans player. Reports claimed that Green's behavioral issues and problems with the team's management have paved the rumors of his departure. Also, it is stated that the incident, where Green posted an inappropriate photo, also fuelled the trade rumors.

According to ESPN's trade checker, the Warriors will also give up their point guard Shaun Livingston along with Green in order to assure Davis trade from Pelicans. Reports claimed that the Warriors will team up with Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry in order to form the most deadly trio and thus dominate other teams in the upcoming NBA season.

It is stated that Davis will provide the Warriors with the defensive skills and Durant will bring in his offensive skills. This is expected to help the team put high scores on the board and thus maintain their super-team status.

On the contrary, few reports hinted that Davis is currently not in his best health as he has undergone many surgeries recently. This is expected to affect his performance and in turn thus prove a bad deal for the Warriors. However, Davis' camp members have stated that he is in perfectly healthy state and will be able to perform exceptionally well in the new season.

Reports also suggested that the New Orleans Pelicans will also benefit from the trade as Green is a versatile player and will bring in his excellent small-ball offensive skills to the court.

However, no official confirmation has been provided by either of the teams. Keep posted here for more updates and NBA trade rumors.
