The South Korean technology giant Samsung recently touted via its Columbian website that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will be launched on September 2, 2016. Reports claimed that the new device will make its debut at the company's IFA event in Berlin.
With all the release date reports, few rumors hinted that the Galaxy Tab S3 will be much more innovative and different than its predecessor owing to its specs like enhanced processor and also the two new 8.0-inch and 9.7-inch variants.
"The Galaxy Tab S3 will apparently have similar qualities as that of its predecessor, the Galaxy Tab S2, but with some innovations so far not known along with a greater capacity processor for processing information and an operating system that allows interactivity with elements," according to the translated text on the company's website, reported GMS Arena.
Moving on to the rumored specs, it is stated that the new Galaxy Tab s3 variants will have different storage and battery capacity. While the 8.0-inch variant will sport 32 GB internal storage with a 4,000 mAh battery, the 9.7-inch model will consist of a 64 GB storage capacity and a 5,870mAh battery.
The main attraction of the device is rumored to be its enhanced Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor along with the 3 GB RAM besides the huge display screen. It is also touted to consist of 2048 x 1536 pixel resolution for high definition display quality.
In terms of software specs, the Galaxy Tab S3 is stated to run on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system along with an excellent user interface and new applications like the enhanced Doze app, Now on Tap app, Android Pay, and the customized Google browser.
Moreover, the upcoming Samsung device is also expected to consist of Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC support, and 4G LTE support. However, no official confirmation has been provided by Samsung on the rumored specs of the Galaxy Tab S3.
