As fans eagerly anticipate the release of "Dragon Ball Super" episode 55, the Internet is humming with a lot of spoilers. It is said that the Omni-King's true motive for summoning Son Goku will finally be revealed in the upcoming episode.

The previous episode of "Dragon Ball Super" which aired on Aug. 7 saw Vegeta's intense training with Future Trunks. However, the latter is outmatched in every way and ended up being no match for Vegeta at his full power.

Regardless, Future Trunks is certain that Black Goku will not be much of a threat, proclaiming that he will not only defeat the antagonist but surpass his father, as well.

On Beerus' planet, Beerus and Whis are about to have supper when Zeno suddenly contacted them, informing the two that he wished meet Son Goku.

"Dragon Ball Super" Episode 55 Spoilers

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 55, dubbed "Hey, I Wanna Meet Son Goku. A Summons from the Omni-King! " will reveal why Son Goku is summoned by the king of the 12 universes. It is believed that the latter will send Son Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks to end Black Goku's rampage in the future.

Spoilers suggest that Zamasu, the Supreme Kai apprentice of Universe 10, is actually the one who is controlling Black Goku. The two is noted to have similar Ki and is somehow associated.

Adding fuel to the on-going speculation, the trailer for the upcoming episode shows Zamasu's master, Gowasu, reclaiming the Potara earrings. The reason behind it could be Zamasu's advocate of the total decimation of the humanoid creatures, believing that their continued existence would ensure no peace.

It is strongly predicted that Zamasu will kill his master in hope to take the Potara earrings and the time ring. The former will presumably control Black Goku using the said Potara earrings.

While nothing is impossible, the spoilers should still be taken with a grain of salt. "Dragon Ball Super" episode 55 will air on Aug. 21, Sunday, at 9 AM on Fuji TV, GamenGuide reported.
