"Dragon Ball Super" is one of the most talked about and most anticipated animated series these days. Thanks to the legendary "Dragon Ball Z" fever that really got everyone hooked, both young and the old. Episode 78, which will be shown this Sunday, will tackle Goku's journey to empowering Krillin to fight once again. What will the next episode offer?
"Dragon Ball Super" Episode 79 Jump Preview was released and the story is headed to the "Tournament of Power." According to the report, the first round will be featuring Universe 7 and Universe 9 - Majin Buu vs Kicker Basil. In this preliminary match, who stands a chance to win over the other? And will this battle of universes escalate to something bigger?
In the said "Dragon Ball Super" preview, it was said that the battle between Universe 7 and Universe 9 will have a lot at stake. The two universe have talented fighters who can go all out. Universe 7 has our main character Goku along with Gohan and Majin Buu. Meanwhile, Universe 9 taps the services of "Trio the Dangers" Lavenda, Bergamo and Kicker Basil. Basil is the red wolf with cape while Lavenda is the slouching wolf with suspenders. Bergamo, on the other hand, is the tall wolf with scarf.
In the first round, it would be Majin Buu taking on Kicker Basil in a match that will be attended by the Omni-King, a penultimate battle before the "Tournament of Power" finally kicks off. The two are pretty tough fighters and their homeland is at stake. The Omni-Present Match begins with the losing universe will be wiped out; the present and the future Omni-Kings watch over the outcome of the fight while all the spectators await. Obviously, Majin Buu is at a disadvantage but he laughs it off and the Omni-King sees it from his seat.
"Dragon Ball Super" episode 79, titled "Universe 9's Kicker Basil vs Universe 7's Majin Buu," will be airing on Sunday, Feb. 19 on Fuji TV at 9 a.m. Japan time.
