The newest "Star Wars: Episode 8" spoilers revealed that Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) will have more screen time.

It can be noted that in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," the last remaining Jedi's appearance was limited.

In fact, Cinema Blend shared that the rumored father of Rey (Daisy Ridley) was seen in less than 10 shots only, making him a mysterious character in the seventh part of the series.

However, this fate is about to change with the release of the eighth installment of J.J. Abrams' movie.

As fans have kept on wondering where the story of Luke Skywalker begins in "Star Wars: Episode 8," the entertainment site disclosed that it will take off right where "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" ended.

This means that his story in the upcoming film will start by showing once again the last scene of the seventh episode wherein he and Rey met in the place where he was supposedly hiding.

If the new movie will not open with the said scene, it might go to a flashback, hinting that it is an integral part in the story-telling of Luke Skywalker's life in "Star Wars: Episode 8.

With the character's limited appearance in the film's predecessor, many might have been thinking about his whereabouts. Why did he go into hiding? What kept him busy while everyone else appeared to be looking for him in almost all scenes?

These things, according to the spoilers, may finally be revealed.

Meanwhile, it is reported that with Rey showing up flying the Millennium Falcon with Chewbacca and R2-D2, Luke Skywalker will eventually realize in "Star Wars: Episode 8" that it is time to go back to the world he left.

On the other hand, Ecumenical News reported that Kelly Marie Tran's character in the film might be named "Aya," based on what an insider has dished.

Accordingly, Aya will "flirt a little" with John Boyega's Finn, but the latter would just ignore her.

Keep posted for more "Star Wars: Episode 8" spoilers and updates about Luke Skywalker.
