Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja have added yet another character as one of its many crossovers for "Dead or Alive 5: Last Round." Mai Shiranui from the "King of Fighters" series is announced to be playable later this year.

Team Ninja will be adding the fighter to "Dead or Alive: Last Round" in September, along with a trio of costumes based on other female characters of "The King of Fighters" Yuri Sakasaki, Kasumi Todo and Hinako Shijo. This was announced during the "Dead or Alive Festival" Live Stream event.

Mai Shiranui, who first appeared in SNK's "Fatal Fury" series in 1992, is one of the most recognized female fighting game characters, and has mostly appeared in many of SNK's merchandise. The popular fighter also represented SNK in several spin-offs and crossovers.

Mai Shiranui will feel right at home in the "Dead or Alive 5" roster, with the likes of other sexy female fighters already on the list like Kasumi, Ayane, Christie and Helena, among others.

Apart from the Red Kunoichi's addition to the "Dead or Alive 5" lineup, Team Ninja has also announced a huge collaboration with the popular manga and anime series "Shingeki no Kyojin" / "Attack on Titan," and will be available on July 19.

The game will be getting Survey Corps-inspired "destructible" costumes, and an "Attack on Titan" inspired stage. The fighters will be duking it out on top of one of the walls with a Titan peeking out from beyond.

In December, "Dead or Alive 5: Last Round" will also feature costumes of characters from Aquaplus such as "To Heart 2," "Utawarerumono: The False Faces" and "White Album," according to Anime News Network.

Apart from that, Season Pass 5 will include "Full Blossom! Flower Costume" in August, "Everyone's Halloween 2016" submissions in October, and a bonus "Female Instructor Costume" for Nyotengu.
