While it's not long enough after Samsung released Galaxy S7 into the market, the South Korean company has already introduced an upcoming new flagship dubbed as the C series.
It was three weeks ago when the company initially both devices for the C series in China and started accepting pre-orders for the C5 unit. Although Galaxy C7 wasn't available at launch, they have shared it specification details for those interested consumers, according to Real Time News India.
The Samsung Galaxy C7 was designed to be lightweight as it's only 165 grams and 56.6×77.2×6.7mm thick, while its metal casing is compared to be similar to iPhones. The gadget has a 5.7-inch AMOLED display screen with a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels.
Furthermore, the device is powered by Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625 chip technology along with octa-core Cortex A53 CPU at 2.0GHz and Adreno 506 graphics card.
When it comes to storage capacity, the gadget has 4GB RAM and will be available in 32GB and 64GB varieties on its release date. Consumers will also have the choice to maximize its external storage up to 256GB with the help of its microSD slot, reported by Neurgogadget.
It also boasts a 16MP rear camera that's equipped with dual-LED flash, touch focus, panorama, HDR, autofocus, face detection and geo-tagging along with a 8MP front-facing one.
Samsung products will continue with the trend of having a non-removable battery and a 3300 mAh unit that supports quick charging technology developed by Qualcomm. For the mobile's OS, it will be integrated with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, according to International Business Times.
Although the company hasn't announced it official release date yet, its possible price has already been speculated.
It was reported that the 32GB version of the Samsung Galaxy C7 will cost about $396, while the 64GB unit will be sold for $427.
