Asus has reportedly refreshed its Zenbook line of ultrabooks. The newest Zenbooks UX32A and UX32Vd will certainly be the star versions of the series and will both come with a 13.3 inch screen, as well as the full range of low-voltage Ivy Bridge Chips. In addition, buyers will get to choose from 3 types of processors: the Core i3, Core i5 and i7 versions as long as they hold on for a while for the first shipments equipped with earlier Sandy Bridge to end.

Another interesting aspect featuring the UX32Vd is that it will include a switchable 1GB Nvidia GeForce GT620M graphics, being the second ultrabook to be equipped with a discrete graphics card. The other version, the UX32A will, however, hit the counters flashing the usual integrated Intel graphics.

The other versions prepared are Asus UX31A and UX21A, which will directly replace the Zenbook UX21 and UX31. They will come with a bigger price tag, at around $1,100. These two versions will also sport Ivy Bridge processors, as well as full HD 1080p displays. The full HD displays come as a part of an upgrade package for previous versions, which included an 11.6 inch screen with a 1366x768 pixels resolution, respectively a 13.3 inch screen with 1600x900 pixels.

The higher pixel resolution is one of the surprises Asus has in store for us, as most ultrabooks and laptops are still stuck at the non-HD screen possibilities.
