Naughty Dog has always been a fan of spectacle for its "Unchartered" series, and with the proposed final installment of the game, "Unchartered 4: A Thief's End", they have delivered the promises made.

Although the game had a troubled development phase, with Amy Henning (the woman responsible for the series' success) reportedly leaving the company, yet the final product was definitely worth playing, considering the change in leadership.

The fourth version of the game, "A Thief's End" continues with Nathan Drake's story where Drake was starting off a new life with Elena. The storyline continues with Drake daydreaming about his adventures, and when his elder brother, Sam's life is endangered, Nathan is all set to go out for a final quest for treasure.

Notably, Scherr and Druckmann's script has been considered the best in the series because of the perfect blend of humanity and gameplay, providing the game with a new unforeseen depth. The relationship between Nathan and Elena is perhaps the epitome of the daily human life, and their love is conveyed easily without apologies or declarations, according to International Business Times.

The game is really varied in gameplay and the puzzle solving elements, along with the environment adds to the beauty of the game. Moreover, the fine performance of Nolan North (Drake), Troy Baker (Sam) and Emily Rose (Elena), brings to life the wonderful script, which has played a key role in the character development of the gameplay.

In addition, each of the quests which the Drake brothers undertake can be handled in multiple ways depending on the player, and that is what highlights the mastery of the gameplay. For example, players can definitely go blazing with gun while in a mission or even use stealth to capture the enemy.

All in all, the "Unchartered 4: A Thief's End" does deliver on the realistic expectations that Naughty Dog had set up with its earlier versions. The game is available exclusively on PS4.
