Google just recently introduces GBoard, a Google application in iOS devices. The latest innovation helps the users for easier search and browse directly into the gadget's keyboard.

Speculated to be out this year, the new development allows a more convenient way to use the search engine and provides "swipe-based typing" and access to GIFs, emojis, and word predictions, notes Tech Crunch.

"We wanted to bring the best of Google to Gboard, so you'll see Maps, Translate, image and video search, News and others," states the head of Gboard product team, Rajan Patel. "Initially, Gboard will not surface any information specific to you."

The website enlisted "direct integration" as one of the key features. How does it work? Gboard allows users to search Google without exiting the keyboard and users may launch the Google browser immediately by only tapping the "G" icon, even while trying to use the messenger or while simply having a conversation via text.

As a result, typical searches like "flight times, news articles, restaurant and business listings, weather" and everything in between is easier to reach by just tapping to paste that information into your chat. However, they reminded that Gboard needs to know the consumer's location first before using the feature.

The searched detail will be then saved into chat, notes or wherever it was needed via hyperlink for future use just in case. Google also gave attention to GIFs and emojis by applying the same method of search.

This new app must be very useful for the smartphone and smart devices users. According to eMarketer, each user will spend more time on the app rather use the browser.

Gboard is already available on iTunes App Store for English language only.
