One of the most widely known brands across the globe is Disney. The brand has almost every other product one can think of, including mobile phones. Mobile phones? You might be surprise, but this kind of product is nothing new to customers living in Japan. And we hear that another model is set to be released within the country soon.

The new handset will be called the Sharp Disney DM-01H, and it is created to target the younger crowd or those who still cater to their inner child. The phone is a collaboration between the tech companies LG and Sharp, who have been known to be producing devices in the past.

The Disney DM-01H has a dimension of 126mm x 66mm x 8.9mm. It will be having a 4.7-inch display with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution. The Disney smartphone will be running Android 5.1 OS on a Snapdragon 808 processor.

The handset device has an internal storage of 16GB, which is expandable via a microSD card up to 200GB, which is considered an enormous amount considering the other standard memory expansion available to most handsets today.

Sharp Disney DM-01H comes with a 3GB RAM and is powered by a 2810mAh battery. It sports a 13- megapixel rear shooter and a 5-megapixel front shooter. It supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 4G LTE in terms of connectivity options. The phone is also said to be water and dust resistant to some extent.

This Disney phone is bound for Japan, and as of now there is little to no chance that it will be sold outside of the country and making its way internationally. For consumers living in the country, though, they can expect to see the handset in stores by January 29. It will be available in two colour variants, sparkle blue and pink, which is said to be inspired by Disney's own fun-flair theme.
