Amazon has officially added Sling TV to its featured offerings via its Fire TV Fire Stick and is slashing the gadgets' prices to celebrate the occasion.

Not too long ago, Amazon launched a Fire TV set-top box, and a while later it also joined the likes of Roku, Google Chromecast, and others, by launching a Fire TV Stick streaming dongle.

The Fire TV set-top box and the Fire TV Stick streaming dongle are now part of a new promotional offer to make things more appealing. More specifically, to promote the addition of the new Sling TV service, Amazon is now offering either a Fire TV Stick for free, or a Fire TV set-top box at a $50 discount. To get an Amazon Fire TV Stick for free or a Fire TV set-top box for $50 off, head over to the Sling TV website here, sign up for a subscription and prepay three months of service. Once you've signed up, you will receive a promotional code that can be used toward this Amazon promotion. From there on, just copy the promotional code and proceed to Amazon's promotional page here, add a Fire TV Stick or Fire TV set-top box to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout to redeem your Sling TV offer. In the "Enter a gift card or promotion code" field, paste the promotional code and hit "Apply" to complete your order.
