Nokia has been stealing the headlines of late with rumors suggesting that the Finnish company has a high-end Lumia 920 variant, dubbed the "Laser", in the works; rumor also has it that Nokia could have an Android smartphone "Vertu Ti" in the pipeline.
While upcoming smartphones hog the limelight, Nokia's Lumia 920 Windows Phone 8 handset is continuing to rise in the popularity stakes and now the smartphone is available in both yellow and cyan avatars on Best Buy.
Consumers can now pick up AT&T's variant of the Lumia 920 in yellow and cyan from Best Buy for $99.99 on a two-year contract. If these two colors don't catch your fancy, you can choose from the black, white, and red hues instead.
The yellow and cyan colors of the Lumia 920 were made available on Amazon in January, and quickly ended up topping Amazon's AT&T Best Seller list.
Additionally, Canadian carrier Rogers too began retailing the Lumia 920 in red and white recently, with the yellow variant set to arrive soon.
With the Lumia 920 becoming not as difficult to procure, it seems that Nokia has finally looked into the supply issues.
Time will tell if Nokia is able to maintain the sales as supply constraints improve, and if the Lumia 920 can continue to outsell other Windows Phone 8 offerings.
Recently, a gray variant of the Lumia 920 was spotted retailing for $722 in Hong Kong. For all we know, Nokia could be looking to introduce this color in other regions soon, which will give the Lumia 920 a fresh lease of life.
