Looks like ZTE is on a roll! After recently launching the Max XL smartphone with a 6-inch display and Android 7.1.1 out of the box, the Chinese handset maker has announced another smartphone -- the Blade Max 3.
ZTE Blade Max 3 Price & Availability
The US-only ZTE Blade Max 3 can be bought through carrier US Cellular only. ZTE USA (@zteusa) confirmed the device's price as $199.99 on Saturday, April 22 via a tweet.
Currently, there's a discount of about $100 up for grabs in U.S. Cellular promo cards. Details about the device's availability outside U.S. are scarce at the moment.
ZTE Blade Max 3 Specifications & Features
A Snapdragon 625 SoC fires up the Blade Max 3 smartphone, which sports a 6-inch full HD display. The device packs 2GB of RAM with 16GB of expandable (up to 128GB via microSD card slot) storage. On the photography front, the Blade-Max 3 sports a dual camera setup at the rear with a fingerprint scanner placed right under it, according to Gadgets 360.
The device's capacitive navigation buttons are situated in the front, and the volume and power buttons are placed on the right edge. The USB Type-C port can be found at the bottom edge of the handset, while the top edge of the device houses the traditional 3.5mm audio jack.
The ZTE Blade Max 3 runs the older Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and is backed by a robust 4,000mAh battery. It offers a slew of connectivity options including Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 2.4GHz/5GHz 802.11 b/g/n/ac, and USB Type C, GSM Arena reported.
The device's large battery is capable of offering up to an impressive 40 hours of talk time and 31 days of standby time. The ZTE Blade Max 3's dimensions are 164x84x8.89mm, and it weighs in at 201 grams. Moreover, the ZTE Blade Max 3 comes with a bunch of onboard sensors including Compass, Gyro, Hall, Proximity, Light, and Accelerometer.
