In "Bull" Season 1 Episode 15, titled "What's Your Number?," Dr. Bull and the TAC team must face a rich architect. Diana also gives Dr. Jason Bull a run for his money when they face off against each other in the latest episode of the show.
According to Buddy TV, "What's Your Number?" is an episode about "a case of corporate greed and liability." In the thirteenth episode of "Bull" Season 1, Dr. Bull and his team work to put a rich architect behind bars because he approved the construction of a bridge that has collapsed and killed 15 people.
However, Jason and his TAC team are faced with a hurdle because the architect also owns the TAC office building. Now, they must revise their plans to build a case without negative fallout. The city's District Attorney, Dennis Olsen, is initially tasked with building a case against the rich architect Andrew Withrow, but he requires help when the billionaire is famous. Andrew is "respectable," and he has "humble roots and an engaging accent.
Now the TAC team must help Dennis get justice for the families of the 15 individuals who died when the bridge collapsed. Before the hearing can begin, Andrew asks for a delay because he must tend to his mother, who was taken to the hospital. The judge adjourns the hearing for 48 hours. Bull believes something else is going on, and he asks Andrew about his mother. While studying the latter's micro-expressions, Bull finds out that the man could be a sociopath because he only appears to be mimicking emotions "rather than actually feeling them."
Once the hearing is resumed, it is revealed that Andrew asked for a delay to call in Lindsay, "Bull's rival lawyer from Calypso, Texas." Bull's mirrors jurors have disappeared, and it appears that Lindsay and Andrew have paid them off.
The power at the TAC office has also gone out, and the team reconvenes at Bull's apartment. Danny meets with Laheri in order to coax him into testifying in court. The latter insists that he warned Andrew twice about the risks of continuing with the unsafe bridge. He also admits that he was bribed to keep quiet, and after telling Danny that he has nightmares after seeing the bodies of the victims, he agrees to appear in court.
Laheri appears in court, but soon after, Danny calls to tell Bull that Laheri is dead. Bull doesn't believe the Laheri's death was a suicide, but he needs proof that Andrew had a hand in the murder. Now the judge has removed "Laheri's testimony from the record," and TAC team scramble to find more proof that Andrew knew about the "possibility of a bridge collapse."
Andrew then offers Bull "a $10 million retainer," and the latter realizes Andrew just sees people as "a potential cost." Andrew is later found guilty after messages between him and an independent actuary have been revealed which prove that Withrow used cheap materials at the cost of endangering people.
The show ends with Lindsay asking Bull out to dinner, which could later lead to a romance between the "flirtatious pair." A review from TV Fanatic also posits that since it was not confirmed in the episode, Andrew could return in a future episode of "Bull" Season 1 to be tried for murdering Laheri.
