Bandai Namco will soon release the DLC 2 for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" that will add story based from current anime series "Dragon Ball Super". The new story for the game will be available in DLC pack and this includes an expanded Conton City.
The new downloadable content will also add new characters Champa and Vados from "Dragon Ball Super". It will also feature a new stage, which will depic the arc of Universe 6 versus Universe 7 Tournament alongside Cabba and Frost. Other characters from the manga are said to appear in the game such as Super Saiyan Rose Black, Super Saiyan Blue Vegito and Zamasu.
There is also a possibility that the "Future Trunks" saga will be added to the game. This plan by game developer Bandai Namco to add exciting contents from "Dragon Ball Super" was discussed by game producer Masayuki Hirano. Hirano also emphasized the team's effort to include features based on feedback from the gaming community. When the DLC pack 2 will launch this month, it will also introduce three new costumes, eight new attacks and a new Saiyan space pod vehicle as bonuses.
Following the DLC pack 2 are free updates for "Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2". These are five new costumes, where four for the TP Medal Shop and one as a Raid Boss reward. It will also add new accessories where two of these are for the TP Medal Shop and one as a Raid Boss reward, iTech Post reported.
It will also introduce five new attacks, a new rule for the Tenkaichi Tournament, a Tenkaichi Tournament Jersey, new Background Music Tracks and a Costume Award from the World Tournament, In addition, there are also rumors of an expanded Conton City, giving players a chance to explore the city by flying or driving a hover car.
Finally, there were previous reports stating that Bandai Namco will place the game in the Nintendo Switch under a working title. However, there is no official launch date on the Switch at the moment."Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2" DLC 2 will likely arrive this February across all platforms.
