The era of the superphones is upon us, as every Android manufacturer is aiming to hit the market with smartphones that are more powerful than some computers ten years ago. Today, LG became the latest Android OEM to enter this space with its own superphone, Optimus LTE 2, a device that is equipped with a Quad Core Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU with Adreno 320 graphics from Qualcomm.

Rumors have it that this LG handset, which is said to be the Optimus LTE 2, has a lot more going on than just a super fast processor. On the inside, this beast phone features 2GB RAM, 4.7-inch ISP display, and a 13 megapixel camera. The company is definitely aiming for greatness and some of Samsung's market share.

LG has prepared a teaser site for the handset. Currently, there is only one video, with extra spots available for an additional 5 videos. We'll keep you posted on the activities from the teaser site whenever new content is available.
