Now that 'World of Warcraft' Patch 7.2 has hit the Public Test Realm, fans are clamoring to know the release date for the live version. The upcoming patch promises to bring at least three new world bosses, new dungeons and,-best of all, flying. Speculations are all over the Internet, but the most plausible release date for WoW Patch 7.2, judging from past patterns, looks to be sometime in April this year.

Patch 7.2 Goes Live April?

According to PC Gamesn, it could be a good few months before the patch is released to the public. A lot of fans, judging from previous 'World of Warcraft' patch releases, suggest an April release date is the best guess. There's been some discussion regarding this on the battle.net forums, and some interesting points supporting an April release were raised.

According to battle.net user Allialara, Blizzard has stated that they want raid tiers to last around four to five months. This means that the Nighthold tier, released last January 17, could end around mid-May.

They also stated that WoW patch releases often occur on a Tuesday. From this, they named three possible release dates: April 11, April 18 or April 25. PC Gamesn points to early April.

New Raid Zone: Tomb of Sargeras

According to IGN, the Tomb of Sargeras raid will feature nine bosses. PC Gamesn mentions names such as Goroth, Harjatan the Bludger, Fallen Avatar and more. Check out the full list here. The official recap for the 'World of Warcraft-What's Next' panel at BlizzCon 2016 also mentions some pretty sweet artifact updates.

In fact, it looks like artifacts and flying are two of the more major update in the 'World of Warcraft' Patch 7.2. New Artifact Traits can be earned and unlocked through the Artifact Campaign-which is also a new feature. Further reports say there will be at least three new traits per weapon, and new Artifact Knowledge levels to further balance everything out.
