"Outlander" Season 3 will feature the most highly anticipated reunion between Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe), 20 years after they parted ways. The upcoming season of the Starz time traveler series is based on Diana Gabaldon's third novel, "Voyager."

While many fans of the series are expecting for a sweet reunion between Jamie and Claire in "Outlander" Season 3, spoilers reveal that these two will be having a difficult time meeting each other after a long time. In an interview with Outlander America, Caitriona Balfe and Sam Heughan answered several questions, including Claire and Jamie's reaction to their first meeting.

Balfe shared that Claire will be quite taken back when she meets Jamie for the first time in so many years. Heughan, on the other hand, teased that "all hell breaks loose" for Jamie in "Outlander" Season 3 once he sees Claire's return.

Many fans have been highly anticipating their reunion scene in "Outlander" Season 3 since it has been an iconic one in Gabaldon's books. Meanwhile, The Scottish Sun notes that filming is already underway for the Starz drama no matter how harsh the weather can get.

The photos were taken last year while Heughan and Balfe were sharing a scene together. This seemingly squashes previous reports that Heughan and Balfe have not yet filmed a scene together, which led to speculations that "Outlander" Season 3 may impose changes in translating Gabaldon's books to the small screens.
