"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" Patch, 1.08, is now available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and weighs at around 2GB, Charlie Intel said. It has been said, however, that size may vary according to the platform.

The official patch notes outlined that the new update also introduces Mission Team Ranks, and in the process, adds the Call Of Duty World League Personalization Pack, and makes a number of bug fixes which includes the making of safeguards against jitter mod exploits. In addition, the patch comes with some changes and novel features for Call of Duty World League and Codcaster.

The complete patch notes are available below. The patch has arrived just days before Infinite Warfare's first expansion. On the other hand, Sabotage is set to be released on January 31 for PlayStation 4. The expansion comes with new multiplayer maps and zombie content which also features film director Kevin Smith.

"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" Patch 1.08 has complete new missions to achieve Commander Ranks. Each Mission Team now goes up to Rank 100! and upon hitting Level 50, chasing the Commander rank can be had until reaching Mission Team Commander Rank 100. Better rewards are in store as well with MKII version of Mission Team-only prototype weapons once they are acquired and players are allowed to craft more.Commander Ranks reward salvage every level you rank up as long as that level isn’t giving you an MKII Prototype reward.

"Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare" patch update features also include leaderboards which will be released today, combat record and emblem editor which both will be available late February. 2XP and 2X Weapon XP in MP and Zombies will be available until February 3rd (all platforms). Hyper Team Deathmatch will run up until February 3rd: Payload charge rates are bumped to 7x their normal speed (all platforms). It also includes "Call of Duty World League" Personalization Pack with barracks now including a section for Medals.

Aside from these, there is an additional ability for split screen players to modify their own Missions in the lobby prior to the start of the match. It also safeguards against jitter mod exploits. There is also a fix on defender exploits which occur when player use Rewind spawns on newly-spawned Defender drone, enabling players to carry their gun as they get the drone. The "Taunt" menu was adjusted to wrap around the bottom of the list. At the final kill cam, the team emblem displayed was the user's emblem who died instead of the player who got killed - this is now fixed as well.

Added features are as follows: Hardcore Search and Destroy: Fix for “Friendly Fire is not Tolerated” displaying after every round for the remainder of the game; added ability to equip Calling Card and emblem after acquiring them from a Supply Drop; Fixed issues on camo challenges involving Direct Impact kills with the Howitzer were not tracking; various updates to weapon camos; fix for players SPM not being calculated correctly in some instances and camo adjustment for the MK2 R3k not covering the right side of the weapon.

In the new "Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare" patch, the players are now allowed to skip Mission Team videos even if it’s their first time seeing them, a fix for the KBS Harbinger was employed to reload animation playing twice while holding down both triggers. There was also a fix on the issues where the Jammer Grenade was not damaging scorestreaks correctly when a player would receive when attempting to edit a class with the OSA and where players with akimbo weapons were immune to the Steel Dragon CWL/CODCASTER.

These new "Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare" features are indeed exciting as there was also a fix for team colors not appearing at a proper shade. The patch also added CWL specific game mode icons, fixed Cold Blooded not affecting Thermal Scope for Casters in XBox. The new patch also enables multiple casters in the same lobby, removed required CWL match number of players and adjusted game mode icon position so Uplink images do not stretch.
