Kit Harrington, who plays Jon Snow in the popular HBO TV series "Game of Thrones" have been spotted in Iceland and speculations have emerged that major scenes of Season 7 of the hit TV series is currently being filmed in the location. A series of photos taken by fans seem to confirm these speculations.
The King of the North, Harrington, was seen in Reykjavik, Iceland on Jan. 23. Reports suggest that Harrington had already filmed some scenes in Iceland a few days back and has left the country soon after. Now, several reports suggest that major scenes for "Game of Thrones" Season 7 is about to be filmed in the outskirts of the country.
A number of other "Game of Thrones" cast members have also been seen in Iceland. Liam Cunningham, who plays Sir Davos Seaworth, and Joe Dempsie who plays Gendry in GOT, have been photographed with fans in Iceland on Jan. 21. While Kristofer Hivju, who plays "Game of Thrones" character Tormund Giantsbane, has posted a selfie taken on a black sand beach in Vik, Iceland on his Instagram.
Seeing "GOT's" Sir Davos and Gendry together in Iceland seem to confirm what have been speculated before that Gendry will be coming back to the show. In "GOT", Gendry's whereabouts is currently unknown, the last time he was seen was when Sir Davos helped him to escape from Dragonstone.
Also, a tourist was able to photograph what appears to be the cast and crew of "GOT" filming a scene for "Game of Thrones" Season 7. In the photograph, two boats are seen on the beach. Reports suggest that these boats are similar to the boats that left Dragonstone. Jon Snow with some of his men left Dragonstone on a mission to capture a Wight. Other leaks of "Game of Thrones" Season 7 has already confirmed that Daenerys and Jon will meet at the ancestral home of the Targaryen.
