Capcom has revealed that the "Fairy Tale" manga series creator Hiro Mashima designed a weapon for the action RPG "Monster Hunter XX," an expansion to "Monster Hunter X" for Nintendo 3DS, which will be launched in Japan on March 18. Urano Metria, is Mashima's original weapon named after the star atlas, which was produced by Johan Bayer in 1603.

Screenshots of Urano Metria have been shared by Siliconera, which sports a scabbard that is similar to an ancient key and a sword that shines when the stars glitter in the sky. The weapon is named for Lucy Heartfilia's spell Ultimate Magic of the Stars and will be offered as a DLC for "Monster Hunter XX."

In October 2016, Capcom and Nintendo hosted a Direct that was dedicated to "Monster Hunter" announcing the new expansion "Monster Hunter XX." It was also confirmed that G Rank will also be added alongside level-appropriate gear and difficulty, a new hub that is set on a village floating on balloons with two new flagships and two monsters are also returning, VG247 reports.

Lao Shan Lung, the elder dragon who first made its appearance in the first "Monster Hunter" game and has not been seen in the series for seven long years, is also making a comeback to the upcoming "Monster Hunter XX". Now, you should be able to see Lao Shan Lung knocking hunters down in an attempt to break the city wall once again.

Ryozo Tsujimoto and Shintaro Kojima are producing the entire series and Tsujimoto explained that they named the expansion with double cross (XX) because the previous game has 'crossed' various features describing it as a 'festive feel and enjoyment' of the player's own freestyle hunting and they want to cross things even further. He went on to say that 'cross' is a special word for them since it is a special game with lots of unique features.
