"Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3" has released an open beta with two single-player missions available. This is as per the developer of the game, CI Games. Today, January 17, marks the day that players can go to the website and register for a chance to be able to play the pre-release gameplay period. The beta offering will have two missions which are called "Cut Off" and "Blockout." However, both versions of the game will be only available for PC users.
CI Games CEO Marek Tyminski stated on the release of "Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3" open beta for players to offer their feedback about the game via the Steam forums. The official description of the Ghost Warrior 3 beta missions are as follows:
For "Cut Off", the Separatists takes control of a huge antenna array, allowing them to employ these satellites in tracking and monitoring movements of their enemies, as well as communicate with allies from afar. Jon needs to get into the compound and manually realign the dishes in order to intercept the signals coming in and out of the satellite. Once access to enemy communications is secured, Jon and his team can gain the tactical advantage as well as possible intel on his brother, Robert.
In "Blockout", Jon cooperates with the local resistance known as the "Rotki Lions" which provided him the location of one of the targets on the most wanted list which he needs to neutralize in order to bring justice to the people of Georgia. Ivan Krustchev is the target and he is currently hiding in a sequestered apartment complex with guards securing him. What could be the way to complete this mission? A sniper rifle from the opposite building or an assault rifle from the outpost? Set in an open world, the new game is a reinvention of a sniper-centric series.
"Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3" is set to be launched on April 4th this year for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One users. It will have the multiplayer version as well.
