Cindy Aurum, the head mechanic of the Hammerhead garage, is one of the many non-player characters that give quests to Noctis and his friends in "Final Fantasy XV." In the game, Cindy is Cid Sophiar's granddaughter. Cid is an old friend of Regis, Noctis' father.

According to IGN, "The Ever Regal Regalia" can be unlocked by Chapter 2 and after completing "The Power of Kings" main story quest. Approach the gas pump at the Hammerhead garage, and click on the yellow "?" to start the quest, then talk to Cindy. The quest marker is by tunnel near the south of the Prairie Outpost. The Aero Wax item Cindy needs is near some Goblins. Return to Cindy to finish the quest. You can also install the Aero Wax via Cindy's customize menu after.

Samurai Gamers has revealed that "The Ever Elegant Regalia" quest rewards players with 500 EXP, a Hammerhead Decal, Racing Stripes I Decal, and Basic Color Samples. Cindy will now ask you to head to the Balouve Mines for a Redstone Shard at the dungeon's entrance (near the elevator). Return to Cindy to end the quest.

In "The Ever Gleaming Regalia," upon completion, you will receive 600 EXP and the Fiberglass Coating component which keeps the Regalia clean. Cindy now sends you to Alstor Slough (located southwest of Coernix Station - Alstor, but you must be in Chapter 3). The Fiberglass coating is near an old car next to a small house by the lake. Retrieve it and give the item to Cindy, which can also be installed in the Regalia.

For "The Ever Valorous Regalia," rewards include 1,000 EXP and a Supercharger component which increases the Regalia's maximum speed. Cindy will send you to west part of the Vesperpool (can only be reached from Chapter 7 and preceding chapters). The component is near the dirt road by a car wreck. Return to Cindy to complete the quest and install the car part.

In "The Ever Illustrious Regalia," rewards include 3,000 EXP and the Enhanced Headlights component, which repels Daemons when you drive the Regalia at night. Cindy will now send you to the Crestholm Channels. Make sure that your characters are at least level 45 or above to survive this dungeon.
The item is in the room north of the second control panel. You can leave the dungeon right away to avoid the much stronger enemies in the area.

Finishing the "Into Unknown Frontiers" quest unlocks the flying Regalia Type-F. This quest will be unlocked once finishing the main story and making a post-game save, loading it, going to a rest stop and calling the dog Umbra to go back to Lucis.

Make sure that you have all three Regalia components from these Niflheim bases: Aracheole Stronghold at southeast of Lestallum for the Warped Wings, Fort Vaullerey at southwest of Old Lestallum for the Unstable Stabilizer, and Formouth Garrison near Northern Leide's Prarie Outpost for the Strange Engine. When you have all components, go to Cindy. She will install the components and you can now fly the Regalia Type-F.
