Lucas Wilde's "Forward Assault" is looking forward to being the next mobile version of "Counter-Strike." The mobile game promises to feature the basic elements that made "Counter-Strike: Global Offensive" a global hit.
According to Touch Arcade, the mobile game is currently available as a trial and unreleased beta for Google Play. It is offered by the same company that unveiled the popular mobile FPS multiplayer shooter "Bullet Force."
The mechanics are somewhat like "Bullet Force," but with added features. It lets players customize their mobile HUD displays. "Forward Assault" already came out almost a month ago but has recently kicked off a iOS beta for Apple users.

The game features guns from the original 1999 "Half-Life" mod, like the Desert Eagle and AK-47. Players can expect more guns that came from the first "Counter-Strike" arsenal. Several players were impressed by the game's simple mechanics and smooth frame-rates.
The game is generating quite the chatter in several social media platforms, including Twitter. Several YouTube comments have indicated that it might be worth checking out.
Since December 2016, "Forward Assault" has already had at least 50,000 downloads. Due to the game's popularity, the Google Play beta is almost full and slots for the iOS beta have already been taken up by early birds. Some have even touted that the game could be 2017's break-out FPS mobile game, but there are also other mobile FPS games that are worth checking out.
"Critical Ops" is worth the mention and the game has already 380,277 reviews on Google Play with most of the feedback positive. The game runs smoothly and offers a similar experience to most console based FPS games. In addition, it has several modes and loads of customization options. "Critical Ops" is distributed by Critical Force Ltd.
Lucas Wilde also has a prior FPS multiplayer game aside from "Forward Assault." "Bullet Force" has already amassed 120,321 reviews and most of them reference the game as the best FPS multiplayer on the Android platform. The game features multiple game modes and a plethora of gun customization options.
