Side quests keep players busy in every role-playing game (RPG), and "Final Fantasy XV" has a lot of them. Keep reading to find out how to locate every dog tag for Head Hunter Dave's quests.

Do take note that before you can start the quests, you will need to finish "The Errand Prince" major story quest in Chapter 1. IGN revealed that "The Errant Prince" begins after Cindy asks you to deliver a package to a motel in the Longwythe Rest Area.

Gone Hunting - Chapter 1

Talk to the man in front of the motel, who lets you know that the book from Umbra the dog also contains a letter for Dave, who is near the Crow's Nest Diner. After talking to Dave, he will ask you to find dog tags (that glow orange) in the quest marker on your map. Defeat the Sabertusks in the area and return to Dave.

Dust to Dust - Chapter 2

Go to Dave in the Prairie Outpost, then head to the quest marker. Defeat Anaks and Daggerquills, then find the tags are in an old car near a tree.

Final Resting Plains - Chapter 3

Dave is at the Coernix Station - Alstor. After talking to him, talk to the owner of the Crow's Nest Diner for more information. The dog tag is southwest of the quest marker at the Disc of Cauthess.

A Rocky End

Head to the Cauthess Rest Area to find Dave. Head to the location on your map, and after fighting some Voretooths, retrieve the tags near some big rocks.

Swallowed by Shadows

Talk to Dave at the Taelpar Rest Area. Head to the quest marker, fight the Hundlegs and head to the other side of some logs for the tags.

A Backwoods Burial

Dave is now in Old Lestallum. Talk to him and head to the quest marker. Fight some Havocfangs and retrieve the tags right outside the shack in the area.

Washed Away

Dave is still in Old Lestallum, and he will redirect you to a new quest marker. Defeat the Sahagins, and get the dog tags by the rocks near the river.

Mountains of Misfortune - Chapter 7

Dave has moved to the Meldacio Hunter HQ. Talk to him and head to the new quest marker. Prepare to fight a level 35 Cockatrice, the retrieve the dog tags in the corner of some ruins.

The Witch of the Woods

Dave's final quest requires you to finish his earlier hunts. First, talk to the owner of the Verinas Mart (Ravatogh Outpost). He'll tell you that Dave is missing. Head to the quest marker to find him. Dave is at the side of the path in the Malmalam Thicket. After talking to him, find Kimya at the hut near the same area. She will send you inside a dungeon. Defeat a mini-boss before you can retrieve the final dog tag near the left side of the tomb.
