Fashion icon and royal princess Kate Middleton may be one of the biggest celebrities in this generation. However, she, just like many of the people who admire her, is just human; and according to a new report, the Duchess of Cambridge may have a year packed with "testing" ahead.
The Daily Mail has come up with a list of things and scenarios that could test the strength of one Kate Middleton and one of them is the alleged move to London. While Kensington Palace has yet to make the full announcement, numerous reliable outlets have reported that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are moving out of Anmer Hall.
The Big Move to Kensington Palace
According to an E! News report late last month, multiple sources have revealed that Kate Middleton and Prince William are planning to move to London. One of the main reasons why the couple are purportedly planning to do so is they want their first child, Prince George, to continue his studies at Wetherby Pre-Prep School, the same West London school where Prince William and Uncle Prince Harry attended when they were kids.
Princess Kate's Country Life Could Come in Between
The Daily Mail further notes that Kate Middleton was never one to be dubbed as a "London girl." She was raised in a village in Berkshire and graduated in Fife at the University of St. Andrews. Before tying the knot with Prince William in 2011, the couple lived in the Isle of Anglesey, a romantic region in Wales.
Kate Middleton will have to deal with the busy and hectic life in London. This is another challenge that she will have to endure is she and Prince William are determined to move out of Anmer Hall.
The Issue on the Duke and Duchess' Royal Duties
There have been several reports last year pointing to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge allegedly not performing their royal duties well. It appears that Kate Middleton and Prince William are changing the tides of time. According to Vogue, the couple are reportedly planning to take on more royal duties. The decision could have stemmed from the news that Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth have suffered from health problems recently.
Meghan Markle Enters the Picture
Another issue that Kate Middleton may have to deal with this year is being "overshadowed" by the entry of Meghan Markle in the royal circle. It appears that the divorced American actress and Prince Harry are truly in love. Markle is younger than the Duchess of Cambridge and just like Princess Kate, has philanthropic credits to her name.
If Prince Harry ties the knot with Meghan Markle, Kate Middleton may be faced with some "serious competition" as she starts to age. Markle, on the other hand, may continue to rise in the ranks of not just fashion but also royalty, if ever her relationship with Prince Harry blooms.
