"Wentworth" Season 5 is one of the most awaited series but it does not have a specific air date yet. The only thing that fans know is that it will be returning on broadcast within the first quarter of 2017.
Now, as its return gets near, viewers are really anticipating how the next chapter will unfold. They simply could not wait to know what will happen next in the drama. The fans anticipation heightens as there were recent reports that Bea Smith did not die, thus she will still be in the fifth installment of "Wentworth."
Liam Hemsworth On Season 5
Another buzz that is widely circulating online is that Liam Hemsworth is in the list of new characters who will join the original cast. However, the Australian Network News reported that he will appear only in a cameo role.
It was added that the Aussie actor has been tapped to play as a rugged prison warden stationed at the Wentworth Correctional Facility. He might also have some love angles with Allie Novak, the known girlfriend of Bea Smith.
The speculations that Liam and Allie will have ‘something' makes everyone think that perhaps, he will help her avenge Bea's death. Then again, this plot is something that the show's producers and writers still have to confirm.
Bea Smith is Alive and Returning?
Many believe that there could be some twist in the story and Bea might come out alive after all. "Wentworth" Season 4 ended with lots of questions unanswered and viewers were also shocked with Bea's death since it means that Danielle Cormack is leaving the show for good.
Then again, if Cormack is permanently out of the series, there could be new character coming to replace her in "Wentworth" Season 5. Who it could be is still a mystery but fans are suggesting it could be Liam Hemsworth despite reports that he will only be in the show for a bit part.
Lastly, Hemsworth addition to "Wentworth" Season 5 will surely help the show to retain viewers and keep their interest up even after the previous main character is already gone. Definitely, the official announcement about Hemsworth's permanent inclusion in the program is the most awaited update today.
