The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2017 has come with its fair share of announcements. One of the latest ones includes the introduction of the Acer Predator 21 X gaming laptop with its specifications and pricing. The Acer Predator 21 X was announced in August 2016 and was celebrated as the first laptop with a curved screen. The specs of the gaming laptop including 21 inches screen with 2560 x 1080 resolution. The refresh rate is 120Hz and the laptop has Nvidia's G-Sync technology. The price tag of the upcoming laptop is pegged to be $8999!

Other specs and features include 2 Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 graphic cards. The seventh generation Intel Core i7 processor is overclockable and the machine supports 64GB of RAM. The gaming laptop has four 512GB solid state drives and comes with separate 1TB hard drive. The keyboard is a backlit, mechanical one and is full sized with Cherry MX Brown switches. The Acer Predator 21 X features 4 speakers, 2 subwoofers and eye tracking technology to provide for an amazing gaming experience.
All of these features make the Acer Predator 21 X a highly desirable gaming device for sure but the $8999 price tag will be calling out some fans from the list. The laptop will hit the markets by February. For those who cannot afford the 9000 dollar tag, Acer is updating Predator 17 X with high-end processors and GPU and releasing it for $2599 only! The refurbished Predator 17 X will be available in January itself. The laptop is going to weigh 17.6 pounds- not the lightest option available in the market. However, the specs and performance make up for the weight.
