The Faraday Future FF 91 was ceremoniously unveiled for the public eye at the popular Consumer Electric Show (CES) 2017 on January 3. This is an electric crossover vehicle with high end technology involved in all different aspects of the car.
The seats in the rear are zero gravity ones which offer different temperatures and massages, too. They are much like the business class recliner seats prevalent on aeroplanes. In the test drive taken, the car was able to drive itself around a parking lot trying to find an open space and successfully backed itself into an available spot- all without a human intervening at all! Faraday Future probably wanted everyone to show some confidence and faith in their innovation by bringing about a live and working model of the FF 91 at the CES 2017. One can watch the unveil of the futuristic car below:
A lot of efforts and hard work have gone into the Faraday Future FF 91 but it is still to be seen if the car will actually enter the production phase or not. The futuristic feel of the car is not missed by its posh and high-tech interiors with dozen screen showcasing different information. The car has removed door handles- buttons open and close the coach doors of the car (one may remember them as suicide doors). The doors come with intelligent sensors which can judge and perceive smartly. What more has the car dropped? The keys! Facial recognition identifies the driver and the car then connects to a handset using Bluetooth.
Even if there is lack of a combustion engine, the Faraday Future FF 91 car uses 2-3 electric motors. The technology delivers power up to 1050 hp. That translates into a 0 to 60 mph speed transition in just 2.39 seconds. The car is also going to allow itself to drive autonomously. The batteries will deliver 130 kWh and can drive for almost 378 miles. Are the fans excited about what the coming times brings for Faraday Future FF 91? For more updates, keep watching MobileNApps!
