"Pokemon Sun and Moon" players did not get to meet the game's main villain until very, very late into the game. Now, some new concept art has been posted that minutely details her design. Gamers have finally understood how the villain ties the entire story together.

The concept art, shared by Poke Shopper owner Paul Ryan, on his Twitter page, shows a numbered list of conceptual designs that make Lusamine and also her special case. The special case was used to keep Nebby locked. The post clearly details how Lusamine's case works. It also shows "Pokemon Sun and Moon's" Lusamine holding the case very close to her.

The details of the box are truly interesting as it can be used to keep Pokemon contained. The box was basically created to contain Cosmog that can turn into Solgaleo or Lunala. If the box is activated, the points on the case light up and glow in blue. If the box does not have a Pokemon inside, the light slowly dims and turns into the color of the box. In "Pokemon Sun and Moon," the box is not revealed until late.

Lusamine's goal is to create a wormhole to Ultra Space world and then unleash the Ultra Beasts. The box is presumably used to capture Ultra Beasts. While nearing the end, "Pokemon Sun and Moon" players get to see the box in the laboratory of the Aether Paradise isle where Nebby, the Cosmog, is captured by Lusamine.

Lusamine's daughter Lillie, another central character in "Pokemon Sun and Moon," carries around Cosmog throughout the title. The box, along with a Pokemon, also contains its powers, unless and until the wielder allows the captured to use its power. Another image in the concept art also shows that the box could have been used as a portable teleportation device with Cosmog inside, writes Cinema Blend.
