It seems that 2017 will feature new technology in Robotics and artificial intelligence (AI). This year's Consumer Electronics Show (CES) will give a sneak peek at what to expect.

Many have been fascinated by robots since they were introduced in films like the "Terminator" and the "Star Wars" movies. According to CNET, this year will feature tons of new technology that were never seen before.

Mark Zuckerberg has already made headlines with his own version of Jarvis from "Iron Man." The Facebook founder has tweaked Jarvis' AI algorithm to follow his commands. With deeper advances in AI, will we expecting a real-time droid that can fully function like a human being?

CES 2017 will feature many robots that do social functions and general housekeeping. There's nothing better than discovering a robot on the annual electronics show.

In the website exhibitor page, participants can discover new versions of popular robots. Individuals that are looking for a bot that can play board games or even the Ipad can check out the Ozobot.

Busy moms and dads can even have a robotic nanny that can help them check their kids. Five Elements Robotics has NannyBot that can keep an eye on your children and the bot can go to the area where your kids are.

People who need help with housekeeping can also check out household bots from ECOVACS Robotics Inc. The company has a DEEBOT floor cleaner, a WINBOT window cleaner and ATMOBOT mobile air cleaner and humidifier. They also have a UNIBOT for home management.

Participants who want to focus on education, Abilix's Educational Robot can educate schools with their Humanoid Robot. They also have a Brick Robot, a Mobile Robot and a Flying Robot that shows what robots can do in a school setting.

To top the list Blue Frog Robotics will also feature their cute robot companion called BUDDY. The cheeky looking robot companion will surely capture many of CES 2017's participants and will be asking about BUDDY's price. You can check out BUDDY in Blue Frog's promotional video below.

Aside from the robots that were mentioned, there are a plethora of robots that you can look forward in the upcoming CES 2017. The show's venue will be in Las Vegas, Nevada. The three-day event will start on January 5.
