The latest legit "Clash Of Clans" update is called the "Winter Update." Generally, it involves a lot of game balancing and tweaks in the maximum level of the characters.

While there are reports and speculations of a "Clash Of Clans" Winter Update part two, Supercell has yet to release an official statement confirming the reports. Supercell greeted their fans and loyal players on Twitter with a photo showing a winter-themed Archer Queen giving players slight "Game Of Thrones" feels.

There are reports circulating online that the next "Clash Of Clans" update will be a crossover with "Clash Royale." Both mobile games stem from the same game developer, Supercell, so the thought of a game crossover is not very farfetched. However, take the reports with a grain of salt as Supercell has not yet released an official statement regarding the matter.

In the meantime, players can focus their attention on the new developments in "Clash Of Clans." In time for the holiday season, CWA Mobile Gaming, in partnership with Supercell offered a unique "COC" giveaway valid only for 24 hours. The mechanics was to retweet a certain Twitter post promoting the giveaway and the lucky winner will get a chest chock-full of gems.

Speaking of holiday festivities, Supercell has also unveiled "Santa's Surprise" feature where players can give their enemies the gift of total damage.The Clash Of Clans" Santa Surprise will be available for a limited time only and will last until January 5, 2017.

The popularity of "COC" has been impressively growing, managing to stay on top amid the rising popularity of augmented reality game, "Pokemon Go." In fact, three of "The Simspons" writers have reportedly created their very own version of a "Clash Of Clans" series.
