Daryl (Norman Reedus) is arguably one of the most badass characters in the popular AMC zombie drama, "The Walking Dead." There is, however, one character in the series that has been proven to be quite worthy of the title and it is Carol (Melissa McBride).

To jog other fans' memories, Carol managed to save the group on several occasions in the past. Two of the most mentioned moments were the Terminus cannibal killing and when the Wolf invaded Alexandria.

Because of these, Carol has certainly become one of the most dangerous characters that are in Rick's (Andrew Lincoln) group, probably just the same level as Michonne (Danai Gurira) and Daryl.

Sadly, the first half of "The Walking Dead" season 7 hasn't been exactly good for the Carol fans - aside from the second episode of the season where it fully introduced The Kingdom led by King Ezekiel (Khary Payton) into the mix. Luckily everything is about to change, according to McBride during her interview with Vanity Fair earlier this month.

Fans should expect to see more of Carol in "The Walking Dead" season 7b

While speaking with the publication, McBride revealed to the fans that Carol is going to be featured more in the second half of "The Walking Dead" season 7. But unfortunately, she did not give out anything specific on her interview.

She did, however, reveal some interesting insights into her character, especially with what she's been going through in "The Walking Dead" season 7.

"When you've lost everything, there's still much to be had-there are people. When you find people you care about, that's an amazing thing. I mean, that's it," McBride said, in contrast to how Carol deals with how to survive the zombie apocalypse. To be more precise, Carol's way is to isolate herself from the others, after all, the atrocities that she's done - killing lots of people.

Will King Ezekiel play a vital role in pushing Carol back into action in "The Walking Dead" season 7b?

According to reports, it seems like Ezekiel might actually be the bridge that will connect Carol back into Rick's group. As what many might remember, Carol is currently living in a cottage near The Kingdom and that she is somehow close to King Ezekiel.

This, however, is still based on speculation and it is in no way official. With that in mind, it's best for the fans to just keep an open mind for the time being, and take this one with a tiny pinch of salt.
