How To Get All Guardian Deities

There are four Guardian Deities in "Pokémon Sun and Moon," one for each island in the Alola Region. In order for these powerful creatures appear, you should become the Alola champion first.

Here's where to locate all Tapu guardians in the game. Each will be at level 60 so prepare your strongest Pokémon for battle and stock up on Ultra Balls.

Tapu Koko

Ability: Electric Surge

Location: Ruins of Conflict

The Guardian Deity of Melemele Island can be found in the Ruins of Conflict. There you will be given the chance to catch it. If by any chance you accidentally defeat Tapu Koko, however, it can reappear after you defeat the Elite Four, giving you another chance to nab this Pokémon.

Tapu Lele

Ability: Psychic Surge

Location: Ruins of Life

The Guardian Deity of Akala Island can be seen in the Ruins of Life, after becoming Alola champion. You will need the Machamp Poké Ride to get there.

Tapu Bulu

Ability: Grassy Surge

Location: Ruins of Abundance

Tapu Bulu is the Guardian Deity of Ula'ula Island, and can be spotted at the end of Ruins of Abundance. To get there, head to Haina Desert and make your way through in this order: Up, Right, Up, Right, Left, Down, Up.

Tapu Fini

Ability: Misty Surge

Location: Ruins of Hope

The last Guardian Deity, Tapu Fini of Poni Island, can be found in the Ruins of Hope. Like the Ruins of Life, you will need the Machamp Poké Ride to get there.

How To Get Magearna

Mythical Pokémon Magearna can only be obtained via a special event QR code, which will be released starting Dec. 5. The code will be available on Pokemon.com until Mar. 5, 2017.

How To Get Marshadow

Classified as a Gloomdweller Pokémon, there is still no information about Marshadow, the final entry in the Pokédex. According to Serebii.net, it is also an "Event only" Pokémon, like Magearna. In the meantime, Marshadow remains a mystery.
