“Diablo 3” from Blizzard has been one of the most anticipated games of the year and now it has finally arrived. While you get along with the game, you’ll eventually find out that there are several ways to make your gaming experience even better. This can be done with essential tips that can help you level up quicker than usual, get extra gold and get preferred items.

Here are a few tips that can help you along the way.

Tip 1: Don’t pick up any gear that's white or grey (in most cases) unless it’s a gem or a health potion. That’s because they’re not really useful and don't have a good sales value. Rest assured that you’ll easily find better quality gear while you’re out on your adventure.

Tip 2: If you’re sure that you will be playing with the same few friends, remember to pool your resources while crafting. What this will do is that one blacksmith or a jewelcrafter will reach a higher level and can later make high-level gear. This is far better than everyone having low level artisans.

Tip 3: This is cool. You can retrain your followers for free at anytime just by right clicking on their portrait and selecting retrain.

Tip 4: Crafting gear shouldn’t really be a problem when the game starts. It is certain that you'll always find better gear out while you are exploring. However, remember to keep all the blue and yellow items you find to salvage at the Blacksmith. You can use the materials you get from salvaging to craft higher level items later in the game.

Tip 5: Want to salvage items faster at the Blacksmith? Just click on the salvage tab under Crafting and then click the anvil icon on your items. This is far better than dragging your items to the anvil to salvage them.

Tip 6: Note that if you turn on the Elective Mode, you are entitled to set multiple skills from the same category on your toolbar. But wait! There’s more. This also allows you to move skills wherever you want on the bar. To use Elective Mode go to Options – gameplay – and you’ll locate it in the lower right.

Tip 7: Remember that when items drop, they have several different stats and bonus. One very early bonus is the Magic Find. This ability actually increases the chance of a magic or better item to drop. However, know that Magic Find does not help you kill monsters, and if you are having trouble killing bosses solo, get your best gear for those fights. It is recommended that you have high magic find when killing bosses for the first time.

Tip 8: You will eventually find out that your artisans are determined regardless of which character you play on. So make sure that you train them when you have gold. This way, they will get access to better and higher-level gear and new crafting formulas. Note that gold is anyway useless except for the Auction House and repairing, and so make a point to use all of it on training your artisans.
