The latest NBA trade rumors hinted that the Chicago Bulls might enter a deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves before the trade deadline. Reports suggested that the Bulls are eyeing Timberwolves shooting guard Andrew Wiggins in exchange for their shooting guard and small forward Jimmy Butler.

Morning Ledger reported that the Chicago Bulls are planning to rebuild their roster amidst already having a strong core lineup consisting of shooting guard Dwyane Wade and point guard Rajon Rondo. Reports suggested that the Timberwolves star player Wiggins will provide the Bulls with excellent offensive skills, which will help them to put up high scores on the board and provide tough competition to other teams like the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors.

The latest trade rumors also suggested that Wiggin's exceptional offensive gameplay will help the Chicago Bulls team to easily make it to the playoffs this NBA season. In addition, the Bulls are also expected to receive the Minnesota Timberwolves point guard Zach LaVine as a part of the trade deal in exchange for Butler. LaVine is rumored to aid the Bulls team with both outstanding defensive and offensive skillset and thus, help them win a number of matches in the league.

On the other hand, reports stated that the Timberwolves' will also benefit from the deal with the Chicago Bulls as adding Butler onto their roster will provide them with excellent defensive and offensive skills. The NBA trade rumors hinted that Butler will be teamed up with center Karl-Anthony Towns and thus, the duo is expected to help the Minnesota Timberwolves to reach the NBA playoffs this season.

However, there is still no official word on the rumored trade scenario from either of the teams mentioned here. So, as of now, these rumors should be considered with a grain of salt.
